St Augustine Fungus Trtmnt or Fertilization?

I had a fungus on my st. augustine grass–after about 3 1/2 weeks of laying it down. I applied a fungus treatment about 1 1/2 weeks ago, it looks pretty brown but you can see some green sprouts starting to grow. Shoud I apply fertilizer or another treatment of the fungucide?
