Grass for full to partly shaded yard

I’ve been told that Emerald Zoysia can survive, and in fact flourish, in full to part shade. Can anyone confirm this? Do you know of any other grass that can grow in full to part shade? Thanks –

Hunter,
It really depends where you are located. In regards to cool season grasses, fine fescue is the turf of choice for shady lawns. Of the warm season turf; ted or alex can let you know whats what.
Good Luck……….
