Zoysia sod

I have new Zoysia sod that is dormant…we are having some work done in our backyard and the sod has been pulled back now for 6 days to allow trucks in and out of the back yard…when the od is put back, will it take or has it been too long…my other sod has not rooted either, but it looks a lot better than the sod that has been rolled up…any suggestions or hints…THANKS
