I’m building a golf course and I’m near to taking the decision whether to use Tifway 419 or Princess 77 for fairways and tee boxes, most of the golf courses in my area use 419.Any recommendations?

WHat area of the country are you in? If you are anywhere around NC you may want to also consider GN1. Similar to 419 but with a few advantages; greater salt/drought tolerance, more agressive, deeper green, goes dormant latter in the season. etc. I have both 419 and GN1 on a lawn in costal NC and generally prefer the GN1, but 419 is very good here as well.
