Diagnosis

Can someone help me diagnose my grass problem?

I think I have brown patch but I’m not an expert.

Here are some pictures I uploaded.

I live in the Dallas area. My watering schedule is about 1 inch every other day. I laid the sod in May and haven’t had any significant problems until recently.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Sort of looks more like Pythium to me. Is there a slightly slimish, oily feel underneath? Is this an area where water lays? Without seeing the actual leaf for lesions I really cannot tell.

Sorry…cannot be sure.

also, go to the edge of the infected areas and pull on the leavesif they pull off easily and are rotted/brown at the bottom of the sheath…it is large patch/brown patch
