Centipede grass dying

Like last year, my grass is dying in large almost black areas. We have been in a drought, so not too much water. I have sprayed with Fungicide – not much result. Had back yard resodded this year and it is happened to it too. Also resodded back yard in March. Had soil tested – it is highly acidic. Fertilized front with Scotts Weed & Feed in April and not fertilized new sod at all. Help!
