Black spots in Zoysia-Florida

I sodded my yard last year with Zoysia. It came back great after winter and is nice and green. We have had a lot of rain recently and I have recently noticed 5 or 6 dark spots on my lawn. After a closer look the grass blades actually have tiny black “beads” attached them. When you tough them they smear onto your fingers. Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it?
