slow returning bermuda

My bermuda is coming back very slowly, i think some in part do to some bad sprinkling from my system, but it’s still quite thin.

Will additional fertilizer speed this up?

If the problem is lack of water then fertilizer is not the answer. Repair your sprinkler system – THEN fertilize. Use a slow release fertilizer.
