Please Help!

My True Cut Power Reel mower is tearing rather than cutting my grass. I have had the blade sharpened 4 times this summer, but it has not helped. My mower is now in the shop having the reel and bed knife replaced, but I am starting to wonder if it is something else. I appreciate any suggestions anyone can offer. Would the height have anything to do with it?

I have a 25″ Tru Cut mower and it is great. If you are having a problem “tearing” grass, either the blade is not adjusted close enough to the bed knife (assuming it is sharp as you say), or you are cutting too much of the grass off at each mowing (the 1/3 rule), or the blade is spinning too slow.
