									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>As a LCO for 32 years and living in the Rocky Mountains, Kentucky bluegrass is prevalent. I find the variety of grass, less of an issue.  When we encourage a deep root system for 4-8&#8243; to form, the nitrates in the urine don&#8217;t take their toll like urine can with shallow 2&#8243; root systems.  </p>
