Well I bought my house and had to leave on a deployment. I come back home to this. Where do you live?What type grass do you have?What is your budget?How large is your lot?Looks like mostly direct sun, correct?Soil looks very sandy correct?

Yes it is sand.Yes there is alot of sunlightMoney is kind of tight right nowI have no clue what grass there is it looks like all weed to me. The builder highdro seeded it so I’m clueless

Fast & Expensive:Topsoil + Fescue Sod
I think you have some more expensive options with grass types.
Or I guess you can try to fall in love with crab grass hehehe

Well I went and cut the weeds since I don’t have any grass lol. I also bought a couple of bags of Kentucky-31 Tall fescue but I will most likely take it back sine I have read that it isn’t that great. What should I do Keep it or take it back.

I could be mistaken but I believe K31 is used for forage… Feedin’ the cows… But’s its also very popular for home lawns because of the ease of establishment.I don’t think you can go wrong with it and if you do, just get a couple of cows.
