posted 20 September 2009 00:34             I had st augustine in my front yard. I killed it with 3 round up application, rototilled, graded, leveled with topsoil, and waited until the 1st week of september to seed with tall fescue. I have a few bare spots that I will have to reseed. But my real concern is the weeds. i don't think they are from the seed but from the topsoil. Should i just wait and pull them later, however, I don't want them to crowd out the new seed. What should i do? thanks in advance for the help. IP: Logged
