I just build my new lawn 4 weeks ago, now I found the new grass growing very well and the same time, a lot of weeds are growing up too. Since there are really too many weeds, I don’t know how to deal with this situation? shall I spray some weeds control herbicide?

I would not spray the weeds until much later; when you have good deep roots. I would, MAYBE, spot spray some areas if the weeds were horrible. But In am sure I would pull as many weeds as possible. Can it wait till later in October-November? That is the best time to kill dandelions, and your other broadleaf weeds.
