overtona Friend	posted 24 August 2009 14:40             P***** seed suggest that the Sahara type seed be mowed at 1-1/2". Is anyone mowing at this height? I'm moving at about 2 1/2-3". My mower bogs down if I go lower. I'm thinking I need to mow every 3 days instead of once a week. IP: Logged
tommy Turfmaster	posted 25 August 2009 13:38             It sounds like the grass is over fertilized and over watered! Reduce both, continue at your current mowing height, and slowly reduce the height as tempratures cool. Depending on where you live, you should be down to 1 or 1 1/2 by mid Oct. IP: Logged
