Yes. However, it might be a bit too late to plant them with the cool weather coming soon. www.zoysia.com for more information. As long as you don’t have bermuda surrounding you, you should be fine. Bermuda will take over. It’s very agressive.
You can check out companion zoysia seeds. Some say it’s bit darker green and greens up earlier and stay green later than Zenith.
