my lawn has been developing brown areas that seem to be spreading. Any suggestions? I water regularly on a timer, have no weeds,

Thanks,
T.K.

That is fairly thin information. Could be insects or fungi.
How often do you water and for how long? Try 1/2" to 3/4" water twice a week.

Best bet is probably to go to Lowes or similar and buy a lawn fungicide and a turf insecticide that hose mounts. Spray your lawn with both. Typical residential home can be treated for under $40.

I was watering every other day but increased to 5 days per week, 7 minutes per station.
