Wherever the wheels of my riding mower go, the blade tips that grow back are purple!! My yard looks like a checker board since I mow one way one week and the change the pattern 90 degrees the next. Looks horrible. I live in East Texas and the dirt is all red clay for the most part. What do I need to do to correct it? I sodded it solid 2 years ago. First year looked great, then it started doing this the middle of last summer.
