I live in the tidewater area of Virginia and had, I say again...I had a nice sodded tall fescue lawn. I aerate each fall and use the Scott's five step program. But, This past summer, bermuda or centipede is taking over and I want to get rid of it...suggestions...? Also I'm getting brown matted down areas that look like the grass burned and dried up, got wet and matted to the soil and is now choking out further growth. Thoughts?

The brown area is brown patch. You need to put a fungicide down.
