We layed fresh Zoysia in May of this year.We live in Central Texas so, I know the zone to be perfect for this type of grass. The backyard is growing great but, the frontyard is weak and browning out in some areas. The backyard gets fulll sun while the front faces the north and only gets speratic sunlight. Could this be our problem?

Sunlight could easily be the problem. St Augustine is normally used in Texas shady areas.
