I have a long narrow (about a foot wide) patch in my Bermudagrass yard that’s black and it looks like clusters of very tiny eggs on the leafblades. Has anyone had this and how do you treat it?

Pictures to follow.

I have the same thing that appeared this morning on my St. Augustine Floratam lawn in Mount Dora, Florida. I have quite a few of them. Did any of you get an answer?

Apply Dylox and water in. Contact your local Lesco service center or whomever for some availablity. Dylox is one great non-residual chemical. It only lasts a week but it cleans the place out as far as insects go.
