Newly sodded St. Augustine Seville, in Tampa, FL area. It’s been in about two months, is rooted and looking very good, but just noticed some blades that appear white. In actuality, the green color seems to be missing, but with the blade intact, making the blade translucent, or close to it. The pattern is identical on both sides, indicating (I imagine) a disease of some sort. Also, some areas are starting to brown a bit, though not circular. Thanks for any help!

Some have, I think, developed a brownish edge around the damaged area, but initially there isn’t any; just white. Thanks.

Kinda looks like dollar spot, but probably not. Could be pythium. The product I have the most faith in right now as a broad-spectrum fungicide would be compass. Will run you around 60 bucks for 8,000 sq.ft. and is sprayable. Good luck.
