I have a fungus on my 5 week old new sod that I believe is caused from the Florida rain. It’s very, very, wet. I have applied a fungicide twice. It doesn’t look any better, will it ever repair itself?

All fungi and all fungicides are not the same. If you have a fungus infestation it is hard to comment on your problem w/o knowing more about your grass, your location and symptoms. Suggest you peruse the referenced documents on lawn diseases and see if you can pinpoint what is attacking your turf.
