What will kill bermuda in flower beds, but not harm my shrubs and flowers?

Thats a tough one. You might try spraying carefully with Roundup. Spray below the tree/shrubs leaves as Roundup is inactive upon hitting the ground. This should leave the shrubs/trees and kill the bermuda.
