I want to kill the grass in my driveway before spreading tons of limestones..What can I use to kill the grass naturally? I have toddlers and pets.

Spray ‘Round up’…….its a form of salt that dehydrates the plant, but is harmless to humans. Aspirin has been found to be more toxic than Round up! A word of caution- there is a new round up on the market that has diquat added for quicker killing power. Read the labels and get the slower acting round up…..the one that has- glyphosate , but not diquat. The quicker acting one has both chemicals, and usually says somthing like- “kills in 24 hours”.

The best natural grass and or weed killer is vinegar. Use pickling vinegar-full strength. Pickling vinegar is stronger than regular white vinegar.You can find it at any organic nursery. It will kill anything you spray it on, and it is safe for pets and children. Hope this helps! <><
