Help! I put down emerald zoysia sod last year and it took off great. Fertilized two weeks ago using Scott’s plus Halts. Grass suddenly started turning brown a few days ago after rain and has actually completely died off in spots. I looked closer at the bag and realized that the nitrogen content of the fertilizer was 30.
What can I do now? Have I lost the lawn? Can I put something else down quickly to neutralize it?
