Can Zoysia (Meyer) be plugged and moved once it has gone dormant? I live in SE TN and want to expand a landscaped area. I do not want to kill the zoysia that I am going to be taking out, but would rather move it to fill in other areas of my lawn. Has anyone tried this or had success with doing this?
BTW, the grass is not dormant at the moment, but will be by the time I will be able to begin moving it.
