Our yard is 10 years old and has been deteriorating rapidly over the last couple of years. I think we had tall fescue or bermuda but now we mostly have dirt and weeds. Parts of the yard are shady, parts are sunny, and all of the yard is dry and rock-hard. I’m not sure where to begin fixing it. Some have suggested resodding it – but how and with what type of grass? I heard Zenith Zoysia would be good, but I’m not sure. Please help!
Oh… and if it helps, we live in North Georgia.
