Last year, we planted zoya plugs all around our pool and they started out with A LOT of weeds….this year, we have had a considerable amount of rain but the grass plugs are still BROWN and the weeds are starting to take over. Shouldn’t the grass plugs be looking green? My other lot next door with Zoya is doing just fine. I don’t get it. HELP!!!!!

I can’t answer your quwstion. Take a look at what University of Florida says about Zoysiagrass.
