I’ve recently bought my first house and the builder put down st. aug. I’m looking for some general info as to how to best care for it…any suggestions? We already have some spots turning grey, should I fertilize now, wait until spring..??

RBM, lawn turning grey? Because of lack of fertilizer? I don’t understand.
In my personal experience, newly installed sod has plenty of nutrition to allow it to get its roots into the ground, and there will be little benefit, and possible harm, in fertilizing too early.
The time of year is a major factor if you are in North Florida, but a minor factor if you are in South Florida.
