we put our yard in 2 years ago, and the back looks great but the front can’t seem to take. Back yard is all clay, front is our septic and drain field area – all sand with very little topsoil. Only thing that will grow is weeds and moss. Grass looks like it wants to take off in the spring but then gets very sparse. Can you recommend a better grass, more topsoil, chemicals, etc. Dog and kid traffic is minimal in the front yard. Thanks for anything you can recommend!
