Greetings all, I work for a night club in Los Angeles that would like to convert it's parking lot into a small park during the day, but in the evening (3 nights a week) have cars parked there. Does anyone know of a durable enough grass/turf that could survive the cars parking there at night and where we can purchase this grass/turf? We are not really interested in putting pavers in because it would be nice if kids and adults could run and play ball without falling on those hard pavers. (unless there is a way to do that without it being an issue) Thank you kindly, Jason IP: Logged |

Check out Strathayr.com.au. I work for a sod company in Granbury, TX. We have work with the people of Strathayr in the past on several project including the new stadium in Houston,TX. The system that they have developed enables most grasses to tolerate much higher traffic than those grown on a basic soil. Let me know if we can be of any assistance in the installation of your grass. You can contact me at research@turfgrassamerica.com. IP: Logged |

Jason - Can't recommend a thing for the grass; hope you've been able to find the R ight Stuff - but want to commend you and the owner of the club for wanting to add something so positive to your neighborhood - please convey my admiration - if you got a news article written on this, it might even draw some traffic to the club. Best of luck! IP: Logged |
